About Me

👋

Hi! I’m Vadzim Tuhuzbaeu, a Performance Engineer.

I test systems under load and help them run faster and more reliably. I enjoy turning the vague “something feels slow” into clear numbers and simple steps that actually make a difference.

In my work, I focus on real-life scenarios, watch the metrics closely, and always try to dig into not just where the bottleneck is, but why it happens. I believe big improvements come from small, consistent steps — and that a good chart can sometimes tell more than a long report.

I write notes to capture my experience and share it with people who might find it useful. Everything here is hands-on: tests, metrics, graphs, bits of code, lessons from real projects, conversations with colleagues.

I live in Poland. I enjoy road trips, good filter coffee, clean and simple code, and thoughtful design. I used to run a podcast about performance (until it went a bit off track), and I sometimes give talks — it helps me shape my thoughts and exchange ideas.
