Hi! I’m Vadzim Tuhuzbaeu, a Performance Engineer.

I help complex systems run faster, more stable, and more efficient —
from backend microservices to full enterprise platforms.

🧠 What I focus on

I work with real-life scenarios, keep a close eye on the metrics, and always dig into not just where the issue is but why it happens. I believe big improvements come from small, consistent steps, and that a good chart can tell more than a long report.

💪 How I work

I don’t know everything, but I always figure it out, deliver results, and bring real value to both the team and the client. I learn fast, stay curious, and focus on what truly matters.

☕ Outside of work

I live in Poland.
I enjoy road trips, good filter coffee, and listening to music the old way one album at a time. 🎶
